Healing Detox retreat is a unique opportunity to pause the daily routine, enter a deep, liberating and transformative healing process, in which you are going to cleanse your body of accumulated toxins and stress, clear the mind, balance the emotions, renew your energy and attune to the Spirit.

The tools with which we are going to work (Kambo, Rebirthing Breathwork, Yoga, Cleansing and Alkalizing diet) have in common that they are powerful resetters of what we accumulate in our body and mind without wanting it.

Throughout the retreat we will make a progressive cleansing process, with 3 kambo sessions along the 5 days, building up a deep healing, transformative and , in many cases, life changing process.

breathwork

Rebirthing breathwork is a personal development method that teaches how to use your breath as a tool to become aware of your internal processes, eliminate physical toxins, release repressed emotions and transform negative or limiting mental patterns.

yoga

Every morning we start with yoga and meditation, bringing body awareness, focus and serenity.

Classes will be suitable at all levels.

Throughout the retreat we will benefit from a curative, purifying, conscious and delicious diet. All meals will be vegan, gluten-free and sugar-free in order to enhance the healing and cleansing process.
We will use many organic, local and seasonal fruits and vegetables, seeds and nuts, whole grains, algae, sprouts and probiotics, prepared by wise hands with love and presence.

Sintra is known as the mountain of the moon. This magical place is full of charm and beauty, sorrounded with a lush mountain, palaces and romantic gardens; bathed by the wild and energetic Atlantic ocean and inhabitated by simple, serene and kind people.

with many outdoor spaces and beautiful pedestrian paths that will allow us to connect with nature, rest and enjoy the space between activities

FACILITATORS

Jon Toribio & Eva Bellas have led retreats together since 2005. Both have a tremendous vocation for healing and service and their work is very complementary. Both work with Kambo, Jon guides the sessions of meditation and breathwork and Eva takes care of the purifying, conscious and delicious food throughout the retreat.
