Kambo is a healing method that several indigenous people of the Amazon have been practicing for generations. We use the secretion of a specific type of frog, the phillomedusa bicolor, to clean and detoxify the body, recover vital energy, strengthen the immune system, release emotions or stagnant energies, gain mental clarity, focus and reconnect us with our Spirit.
Kambo Portugal offers private or small group sessions , within therapeutic programs that can be complemented with other healing tools when needed.
We work with Holistic Health practices since 2000 integrating complementary therapies, traditional medicines, ancestral wisdom and human development tools.

How it is
a session
Receiving kambo is a lot like getting on a boat in a tropical storm where the stagnant energies in your life and body will be transformed, cleansed and released.
Kambo begins to work almost immediately after being applied. The most common is to start feeling a wave of heat running through the body, doing a general scanner that can be more focused on areas with some blockage or weakness.
FACILITATORS
Jon Toribio & Eva Bellas have led retreats together since 2005. Both have a tremendous vocation for healing and service and their work is very complementary. Both work with Kambo, Jon guides the sessions of meditation and breathwork and Eva takes care of the purifying, conscious and delicious food throughout the retreat.
